Read Bet before looking at the possible award in classic Penalty Shoot Out. The selected amount applies to the whole round, while successful shots advance the coefficient. Your payout depends on the step you reach and whether you collect before a loss.
Evoplay publishes a 96% RTP for the classic instant game. The figure describes the game's overall return calculation. It cannot tell you whether the next target will produce a goal.

Check the settings in the game you open before placing a bet. The euro figures above come from the developer; they do not establish every operator's limits or the amounts available in another currency.
The maximum win is a published ceiling. A smaller stake does not necessarily offer that amount, nor can you use it to predict your session result.
Separate payout from profit
Use the round award to calculate net profit after subtracting the stake. Adding the original wager again would overstate the return.
For a hypothetical example, use a 2-unit stake with a displayed coefficient of 1.50×. The total award would be 3, leaving a net profit of 1 after subtracting the original wager.
The example explains the calculation; 1.50× is not a claimed step in this game's payout ladder.
Compare the same fields when reviewing History. A profit entry can differ from the Win display because the figures describe different parts of the calculation. Read the selected record before deciding that a credited amount is missing.
Collection ends the current round. Money shown as a potential later award remains unavailable until you reach that step successfully. Do not add future coefficients together or count an unplayed shot as a payout.
Put RTP in context
To express 96% RTP in numbers, take a hypothetical total of 1,000 units wagered across pooled play. The calculated return would be 960, leaving a difference of 40. Your own session can depart sharply from that percentage.
A single session can finish with a loss much larger than that percentage suggests. You can also record a winning result, with no scheduled refund to bring your balance toward 96%.
Count total stakes when thinking about turnover. Reusing a collected award in a later attempt places another wager, even if you funded your account once. A deposit alone cannot show how much you have risked.
Read the current coefficient
Look at the progress indicator to identify the step you have reached, then check the available award in the live game's payout information.
You cannot derive the chance of a particular shot by dividing the RTP by a multiplier. The overall percentage does not provide the probability information needed for that calculation. Equal target positions also do not reveal a numerical success rate.
Keep figures from other versions separate. Street's published maximum differs from the classic figure above. Cup Mania has its own base-game and bonus specifications. A shared football theme does not make their payout tables interchangeable.
Review a disputed amount
Open History to find the round ID and recorded stake. Check the action associated with the result, then compare the profit entry with your calculation. Allow for the documented delay before a new record appears.
If the discrepancy remains, send the operator the exact round details with any error message. Avoid placing another bet to reproduce the issue. The rules state that a malfunction voids pays and plays, so ask support to investigate an interrupted display before assuming a payout is due.
